Theory lessons
Theory lessons in Backnang: Monday to Thursday, 16:30–18:30
Fourteen topics, ninety minutes each, each one self-contained. You can join at any time — there is no course start date to wait for.
Why you can join any week
The topics do not build on each other. Each lesson covers one closed subject: right of way, hazard awareness, environmental driving. So you can join the next lesson and catch up on what you missed later. Category B requires twelve core topics and two additional ones.
Learning between lessons
When you register you get access to our digital learning system: all official exam questions, a simulation of the real test, and your progress at a glance. It works on phone, tablet and computer. Its price is listed openly as a separate item in our price list.
Take the test in your language
You sit the theory test at the TÜV SÜD in Backnang, on a computer. It is available in English, Turkish, Standard Arabic, Russian, Romanian and several other languages. You get the result immediately. We handle the booking for you.
Intensive and holiday courses
Want to finish quickly? You complete all theory lessons in seven to ten days. Courses usually run during the Baden-Württemberg school holidays. Places fill up fast, so ask early.

Why you can join at any time
The fourteen theory topics do not build on one another — each is self-contained. That is why you do not have to wait for a course to start: you join the next lesson and catch up on anything you missed in the following round.
In practice that means: if you register today, you can be in a theory lesson this week. Driving lessons start alongside, without waiting for the theory to finish.
Intensive course or normal pace
At the normal pace you spread the fourteen lessons over six to ten weeks. On the intensive course they all fit into seven to ten days — during the school holidays, between two semesters or in two weeks of annual leave.
The content and the price are the same; only the pace changes. We look at which suits you together when you register.
